Our Personal Perspective
We have many clients buying property in and around the Ponds. Properties generally range from existing houses, to new house and land packages and just vacant land.
Like many other families living in the local area, we frequently visit the Rouse Hill Town Centre for shopping, food and entertainment. You may be aware that there are plans to expand the Rouse Hill Town Centre into the land surrounding the current development.
The recently constructed Bunnings Warehouse in Rouse Hill along Old Windsor Road also offers an alternative destination for home and hardwares from the previously congested Bunnings Warehouse in Bella Vista, Castle Hill and Seven Hills – and in our view is an indication of the confidence that big business has for the increasing demand especially in the northwest residential corridor along Windsor Road between Castle Hill and Winsdor.
